I’m Jill Ray, founder of Clear Path Programs. For nearly 20 years, I’ve helped organizations bring clarity and direction to their training, communications, and outreach efforts.
I’m also the author of Start Smart: Kicking Off Successful Creative Projects, a practical guide to launching creative work. I wrote the book to help teams avoid scope creep, endless revisions, and unclear expectations at the start of creative projects. The book reflects the same structured approach I bring to client projects, helping teams start initiatives with clear goals, defined roles, and a shared understanding of success.
